An international virtual 1.5 month residency program in support and commitment to the UN Ocean Decade. The Ocean residency program has been endorsed as an activity by UNESCO’s UN Ocean Decade.

Nine artists from all over the world gathered virtually for a little over five weeks to develop new projects focused on ocean conservation. Led by MANGO art studios in Buenos Aires and MOKU Studios in California, the program is motivated by the simple act of creating a circle of collaboration and empowerment with and among the participating residents. This naturally creates a space for reflection, focus, introspection, experimentation, sharing, and transformation.
